END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR WEATHER SCREEN SOFTWARE
IMPORTANT-READ CAREFULLY
This License Agreement is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and WeatherScreen.com for use of Weather Screen, which includes computer software and may include associated media, printed materials, and online or electronic documentation ("SOFTWARE PRODUCT, this software"). "SOFTWARE PRODUCT" also includes, and this Agreement also governs, any later release or update of the Weather Screen which WeatherScreen.com makes generally available without additional charge of licenses or your release or the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, and any copy of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT made in accordance with this Agreement. BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, COPYING, OR OTHERWISE USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE LICENSE AGREEMENT. If you are the original purchaser of the Software and you do not agree with the terms and conditions of the License Agreement, ABORT THE INSTALLATION AND REMOVE THIS AND RELATED SOFTWARE FROM YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM IMMEDIATELY AND INFORM US FOR A FULL REFUND IF APPLICABLE.

SOFTWARE PRODUCT LICENSE
The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties.

GRANT OF LICENSE
This EULA grants you the following rights:

Installation and Use. You may install and use one copy of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on a single computer. Optionally you may store or install the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on a storage device, such as a network server, to run the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on your computer or your other computers; however the same license may not be shared or used concurrently on different computers or servers. Sufficient licenses must be acquired for each shared or concurrently used SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

Reproduction and Distribution. You may not reproduce or distribute the SOFTWARE PRODUCT except to make backup copies, or to install as provided for above.

DESCRIPTION OF OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS
Except as may be required under applicable law, you agree not to alter, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, in whole or in part, whether for error correction or otherwise. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions.

You agree not to alter, remove or obscure any copyright notices or other proprietary notices on and in the software.

TERMINATION
Without prejudice to any other rights, WeatherScreen may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this EULA. In such event, you must destroy all copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and all of its component parts.

COPYRIGHT
All title and copyrights in and to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT (including but not limited to any images, documentation, media, online documentation, text, and "web integration" incorporated into the SOFTWARE PRODUCT), the accompanying printed materials, and any copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT are owned by WeatherScreen.com or its authorized agents. Therefore, you must treat this Software like any other copyrighted material (e.g. a book), except that you may either make one copy of the Software solely for backup or archival purposes or transfer the Software to a single hard disk provided you keep the original solely for backup or archival purposes.

LIMITED WARRANTY
NO WARRANTIES. WeatherScreen.com expressly disclaims any warranty for the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT and any related documentation is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties or merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. The entire risk arising out of use or performance of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT remains with you.

TERMS OF PRODUCT SUPPORT
Software customers are given free "Life-Time" product support. This support will be governed by the current support policies of WeatherScreen.com of which rules are subject to change from time to time. "Life-time" is defined as the effective life-time of the product which is as long as that product and version is being sold and supported by WeatherScreen.com Although WeatherScreen.com intends to continue the "Life-Time" policy, Life-time support may or may not be continued for subsequent versions of the Software. By upgrading to a new version, you'll of course acquire the support policy which applies to that version.

NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
In no event shall WeatherScreen.com or its authorized agents be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use this SOFTWARE PRODUCT, even if WeatherScreen.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Because some states/jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitation may not apply to you.
